Who we are

What we collect

If you fill in the interest form on this website, we may record:

• your first name
• your email address
• an optional broad location (a town, city or area — not an address)
• an optional interest category
• an optional free-text comment
• whether you asked for update emails, the exact wording you agreed to, the version of that wording, and the date and time
• the page or source the submission came from, and the time it was submitted

We do not build behavioural profiles of website visitors, and registering interest does not create a WITH account, profile or any record inside the product itself.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To keep a record of people interested in WITH and to understand the kind of interest there is — our legitimate interests in developing the product.
• To send occasional product updates — your consent, given by ticking the updates box.
• To keep the website working and protect it from spam and abuse — our legitimate interests in security.
• To honour an unsubscribe request — our legal obligation to respect your choice.

Update emails and consent

The updates box is separate and is never ticked for you. The wording is:

“Email me occasional updates about WITH. We'll only use your email address to send occasional updates about the product, testing and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.”

You can register interest without asking for update emails. We record whether you consented, the exact wording and version, and when. We do not treat submitting the form on its own as consent to marketing.

Every update email contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately and without signing in. You can also email us. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal suppression record of your email address so you are not added back by mistake — that record is used for nothing else.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. Our update emails contain no invisible open-tracking pixels. Our email provider reports basic delivery and bounce information so we know whether a message arrived.

Hosting and processors

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Lovable — website hosting, database, and email delivery infrastructure.
• Supabase — managed database hosting used by that infrastructure.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and protection of the website.

These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

International transfers

Some of our providers operate outside the UK. Where information is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent contractual terms. [FINAL TRANSFER MECHANISM — to be confirmed with legal review.]

How long we keep it

• Interest registrations and subscriber records: kept while the early-interest programme runs and you remain subscribed.
• Unsubscribed records: the mailing record stops being used, and a minimal suppression entry is kept so the opt-out is honoured.
• Incomplete or abandoned submissions are not stored.

Security

Information is stored in an access-controlled database. The interest list is held separately from any future WITH product data, cannot be read or listed by website visitors, and is only accessible to authorised administrators and the server itself.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability.

You can withdraw consent to update emails at any time — use the unsubscribe link or email us. Withdrawing consent does not affect emails already sent.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this notice

WITH is in active development, so this notice will change as the product does. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Significant changes affecting update subscribers will be explained in an update email.
